How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > FarmAsk > Cancel.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings > Delete Account. Cancel your subscription separately via Apple first.

Is the advice reliable?

FarmAsk provides general AI-generated guidance. Always consult your vet for animal health and verify critical information independently.

How many free messages do I get?

5 text messages per day (resets at midnight), plus 5 photos and 5 voice notes per month (reset on the 1st of each month). Upgrade to Pro for unlimited use of all three.

How does the free trial work?

Pro subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. After 7 days it auto-converts to £20.00/month or £214.99/year unless you cancel in Settings > your name > Subscriptions.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

What anonymous data does FarmAsk collect?

FarmAsk collects anonymised data about farming conditions (like crop disease or pest reports) mentioned in conversations. This data has no user IDs attached and cannot be traced back to any individual. It helps us identify regional trends. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
