FarmAsk is committed to making our app usable by as many farmers as possible, including those who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard across our iOS app and supporting web pages, and we are continuing to improve.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, which is the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act and equivalent regulations. We test against this standard during development and welcome feedback where we have fallen short.
If you find a barrier in FarmAsk, or want to suggest an improvement, email us at accessibility@farmask.ai. We will respond within 5 working days and aim to resolve issues within 30 days where reasonable.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise the issue with the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) in the UK, or with your national accessibility regulator if you are in the EU.
FarmAsk falls within the scope of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which took effect on 28 June 2025 for digital services sold in the EU. We comply with the requirements that apply to mobile applications providing services to consumers.
This statement was prepared by Sinden Digital Ltd, the operator of FarmAsk, and reflects our current understanding of FarmAsk's accessibility status as of the date above. We will review and update this statement at least annually.
